I am looking for a part time responsible and caring babysitter for our 5 month old infant. There could be some flexibility with days/times, but would definitely need someone Wednesday afternoon (12:30- 3). You would need your own transportation and we prefer non-smokers to inquire. Depending on experience, we would pay between 12-15 $ per hour.

Please contact me at hannahcwilliams@free.fr if you are interested with what kind of hours you are looking for and a brief synopsis of your experience.

Thank you.

Our family has two children, a daughter (4 years) and a son (2 years). We live in Lawrenceville.

They are sweet kids who love singing, sign language and nature. We also have many pets and try for holistic living. We would need care 8:45 a.m. – 5:20 p.m., Monday – Friday. Friday would be 4:30 p.m. At this time my daughter goes to school for a few hours each day so some of the time would be spent with just one child.

We would prefer someone who is available year-round but willing to work with longer term but not full year. Caregiver should have a clean driving record and be able to pick up daughter from school, bring children to events, parks, etc. Need someone who is “good” with kids and who kids easily love and respond to very positively. Hugs, holding and gentle demeanor to help nurture the children is needed.

Due to the young ages of our kids, constant vigilance is crucial. They should not be left alone, and need to be engaged and stimulated. Someone who loves pets is also preferred.

Please email me if interested at stacylauner@yahoo.com to tell me about yourself and list your anticipated weekly rate. At this time our fee range is from $300 – $400 a week. Thank you.

We are looking to employ a part-time (12-18 hours per week, depending on your schedule) caregiver for our outgoing, inquisitive, friendly three year old daughter. Thursday 10:15 am-12:15pm. Other days and times are flexible. This presents a great opportunity to learn about and practice alternative parenting and educational philosophies.

We believe that sensitive and emotionally available care-giving helps a child form a secure attachment style, which fosters the child’s socio-emotional development and well being. We also think children learn best through their natural life experiences, including child directed play, involvement in household responsibilities, real-world experiences, and varied social interaction, rather than through a more traditional school curriculum/setting. We encourage exploration, creativity, and mutual respect.

If you would like to be a part of our alternative approach, please be in touch!
