Lip Gloss
Supplies Needed
- 1 packet of Kool-Aid (your choice of color and flavor)
- petroleum jelly
- spoon
- microwavable bowl
- small jars with lid
What to do
Step 1. Put as much petroleum jelly as you want into the microwavable bowl. This will be the amount of lip gloss you make.
Step 2. Microwave the petroleum jelly until it melts, but do not let it come to a boil.
Step 3. Stir to a smooth consistency. Put the petroleum jelly back into the microwave for 20 seconds, remove it and then stir again.
Step 4. While stirring, add Kool-Aid to the petroleum jelly. Keep in mind that more Kool-Aid means a darker lip gloss tint.
Step 5. Pour the lip gloss into the small jars once you have achieved the desired tint and consistency. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes before using.
